Not gonna lie, the website just looked really outdated and kind of all over the place. The colors and layout didn’t feel clean or easy to use, and it made the site feel a bit untrustworthy. I didn’t stick around for long.

I got my chair last week, and it’s about as solid as I was hoping for, maybe even a bit better. Nothing feels wobbly, the parts lined up without any hassle, and the finish looks clean. For what I expected at this price, I’m happy with it.

I’ve been using this for around a week or so, and my back still hurts. I was hoping I’d notice at least a little relief by now, but it feels about the same as before.

I ordered from greensoul.online and the delivery wasn’t terrible, but it definitely wasn’t as quick as I expected. The annoying part was that it felt like the goalposts kept moving with the tracking, so I kept checking and wondering when it was actually going to show up. It arrived a few days later than I had in mind, which was frustrating, but at least the package came in good condition and nothing was damaged. Overall, it was an okay experience, just not great. They could really do better with clearer shipping updates and faster delivery.

Support got back to me quickly and they did sort out the issue, which I appreciated. I’m glad it was handled without too much hassle, though I do wish I hadn’t needed to reach out in the first place.

Got my chair from greensoul and, my snap judgment is that it’s a straightforward buy. Assembly was simple enough and took me about 30 minutes. The instructions were okay, but they definitely could’ve been a bit clearer in a few spots.

I was kind of rushing when I bought this, so I didn’t spend a ton of time comparing options, but I’m actually happy with it. For the price, it’s definitely worth the money, and the quality turned out to be good too...

The replacement took way longer than I expected, and I was confused for most of it. I’d get one update, then nothing for a while, then I had to check again to figure out what was going on. The item was eventually replaced, which is good, but the whole process felt slower than it needed to be and not very clear

I was disappointed when this arrived. For the price, I expected the material to feel a lot nicer, but it came across as cheap and thin. It just didn’t feel like something that should cost that much, so I couldn’t help feeling let down.

The box had a dent in it and the tape looked like it could’ve come loose easily. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it felt kind of unnecessary to have such flimsy packaging when the item could’ve been packed more securely. Overall, not a bad experience, just something that could definitely be improved

Bought this chair from Green Soul for work from home. Mostly for daily use. The seat cushion feels comfortable. Not cheap at all. After 4-5 hours, it does feel a bit soft. I have to adjust myself sometimes. Nothing major though. Overall, happy with it. Giving 4 stars. Cushion could be a little firmer for long sitting hours.

Maybe they’ll say it’s just different stock or a new batch, but that’s on them for not making it clear or providing any proof. Delivery was fine, but I’m angry that I’m left questioning whether the product is even genuine. I won’t be ordering again unless they actually prove they’re selling authentic stuff.

My first impression was that the seat felt decent, but after about an hour, it started to feel noticeably hard and uncomfortable.

The lumbar support does feel good, and I noticed it right away when sitting down. It gives my lower back some nice support, which I appreciate. That said, I’m still a little on the fence because I’m not sure how comfortable it’ll feel after using it for longer periods.

It works fine for the most part, but I feel like it could be stronger because I was expecting a little more power or durability from it and while it’s not terrible, it just doesn’t quite hold up the way I hoped it would.

Well... the chair itself is good and I’ve been happy with it overall, but the warranty support was slower than I expected. I had to raise a claim for a broken armrest and then keep following up with calls and emails. They did eventually respond, but there wasn’t any clear update for days. Since I bought it from the official site, I expected the process to be smoother.

I contacted support hoping they’d actually fix the issue, but yeah, that didn’t really happen. They mostly just took up my time and left me with the same problem I started with. Totally fine, I guess... just a little frustrating.
